FirstStep Psychology & Child Development Centre is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans based on clients’ needs.
• Provide therapy and psychological support for children with emotional, behavioural, developmental, and learning challenges.
• Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, teachers, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare professional reports and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Provide consultation, guidance, and psychoeducation to families.
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
• Registered or eligible for registration with relevant professional bodies.
• Experience working with children and families is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and passionate about supporting children’s mental health and development.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
